HOW TO GET HERE

From Galway city.
By car;
Head north on the N59 to Oughterard and onwards towards Clifden. On arriving in Clifden, turn right and follow the signposts to Cleggan.Turn left onto the R379 to arrive at Cleggan Pier. Board the ferry.

Journey Times
The journey time from Galway takes approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours.
The ferry crossing from Cleggan to the Island takes 30 minutes.
